Saratoga, NY Town Planning Board asked about minutes- you won't believe their response....

A member of the public questioned Linda McCabe and Town of Saratoga Planning Board Chair Walt Borisenok about minutes from a Public Hearing on 1/22/25. The description of events specifically listed as taking place during comment in a public hearing are false, and the clerk who wrote the minutes admits they are her "opinion" based on not liking the "tone" used by "everybody" but then can not give examples. The Chair gives an example of people approaching him and using profanity, however during the comment period of the public hearing in question, no one approached the board (except to distribute documentation related to their comments) and the only profanities used during comments to the board was the word "Darn."
